    Child Safety Standards

    Last updated: February 20, 2026 · v1.0

    1. Our Commitment

noProbs has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. We are committed to creating a safe environment and to taking all necessary measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child exploitation on our platform.

This policy outlines the standards and practices we maintain to protect children and to comply with applicable laws and app store requirements.

    2. Age Restrictions

noProbs is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this through:

    • Age verification at registration: All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during the sign-up process
    • Date of birth collection: We collect date of birth to verify eligibility and reject underage registrations
    • Account removal: Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are immediately suspended and permanently deleted

    3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on noProbs and will result in immediate action:

    • Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
    • Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
    • Any attempt to groom, solicit, or exploit minors
    • Sexualized content involving minors in any form, including AI-generated or illustrated material
    • Sextortion or any form of coercion or blackmail involving minors
    • Facilitating or coordinating child trafficking
    • Any communication that seeks to engage a minor in sexually explicit conduct

    4. Detection and Prevention

We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

    4.1 Content Moderation

    • User-uploaded photos (noProbs shows no public photos — uploads are used for avatar generation and private person-to-person reveals) and other content are subject to review and moderation
    • Automated systems flag potentially violating content for human review
    • Our moderation team is trained to identify and escalate CSAE content

    4.2 User Reporting

    • Users can report any suspicious or harmful content or behavior directly through the app
    • Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately
    • Reports can also be submitted via email at safety@noprobs.eu

    4.3 Proactive Measures

    • Profile review processes to detect underage users or suspicious behavior patterns
    • Monitoring for grooming patterns and other indicators of exploitation

    5. Enforcement Actions

When CSAE content or behavior is identified, we take immediate and decisive action:

    • Immediate account suspension: The offending account is suspended without prior notice
    • Permanent ban: Users who violate this policy are permanently banned from the platform
    • Content removal: All violating content is removed immediately
    • Evidence preservation: Relevant evidence is preserved for law enforcement
    • Law enforcement reporting: We report all confirmed or suspected CSAE to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable local law enforcement agencies

    6. Reporting to Authorities

noProbs cooperates fully with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of child exploitation. We are committed to:

    • Filing reports with NCMEC via the CyberTipline as required by law
    • Cooperating with national and international law enforcement agencies
    • Providing relevant information and evidence to authorized investigators promptly
    • Complying with all applicable laws regarding mandatory reporting of CSAE
